Our HDPE dual wall corrugated pipes feature a smooth inner wall for maximum hydraulic efficiency (Manning's n = 0.009) and a rigid corrugated outer profile for outstanding ring stiffness. Available in SN4 and SN8 classes per ASTM F2648 and PNS/ISO 21138 standards.
Manufactured from Virgin PE100 HDPE — zero recycled content — each pipe is designed for 50+ years of maintenance-free underground service, fully resistant to corrosion, root intrusion, and chemical attack.
Manning's n=0.009 — 30% more flow vs. concrete pipe of same diameter. Higher capacity, smaller pipe size, lower project cost.
SN8 for heavy traffic and deep bury. SN4 for general drainage. Both exceed ASTM F2648 ring stiffness requirements.
HDPE is inert to sewage, acids (pH 1.5–14), industrial effluents, and chlorinated water. No sulfide corrosion, ever.
Push-fit rubber ring coupling rated to 0.5 bar. No mortar, no welding, no special tools. Fast field assembly.
A 6m DN300mm section weighs under 20kg. Two workers, no machinery for most sizes — dramatically faster installation.
PNS/ISO 21138, ASTM F2648, DPWH spec. Backed by SMS mill certificates and FDC BRS-accredited lab test reports.

Each pipe is produced on a continuous corrugation machine using two extruders working simultaneously. One stream forms the smooth inner liner wall; the other forms the corrugated outer profile. Both layers fuse at the die head under heat and pressure, creating a single monolithic pipe — no adhesive layer, no delamination risk. The corrugation vacuum mold shapes the outer wall to achieve the precise pitch and depth required for SN4 or SN8 ring stiffness targets.
Because HDPE pipe is flexible, it relies on compacted embedment material for structural support. Trench installation must follow ASTM D2321 and DPWH specifications:
