Mill Certificate — HDPE 110mm SDR11 PE100
SMS Manufacturing mill certificate confirming that HDPE Pipe 110mm SDR11 Black PE100 supplied to 5Dragon Construction Corp. (640 Bagong Silangan, Quezon City) was manufactured and tested in accordance with PNS/ISO 4427:2007. All parameters passed including OD, ovality, wall thickness, heat reversion, and hydrotest burst pressure (509 PSI actual vs 505 PSI required).
Mill Certificate — HDPE 90mm SDR11 PE100
SMS Manufacturing mill certificate for HDPE Pipe 90mm SDR11 Black PE100. All dimensional and mechanical parameters confirmed within PNS/ISO 4427:2007 specification — including OD (90.4mm actual vs 90mm min), ovality (0.40mm vs 1.8mm max), wall thickness (8.6mm vs 8.2mm min), and quick burst hydrotest (470PSI actual vs 464PSI required).
Mill Certificate — HDPE 110mm Series B
Second SMS Manufacturing batch certificate for 110mm SDR11 HDPE pipe confirming consistent production quality across multiple manufacturing runs. OD (110.3mm), ovality (0.30mm), wall thickness (10.3mm), heat reversion (0.21% vs 3% max) and burst pressure (509 PSI vs 505 PSI required) — all specifications passed.
FDC Lab Report No. FDC-26-8270-U — HDPE Solid Wall 6" SDR11
Independent third-party mechanical property test by FDC Materials Testing Center Inc. (DPWH-BRS Accredited Laboratory, Quezon City). HDPE Solid Wall Pipe 6" SDR11 tested per DPWH Spec Vol. III / AASHTO M294 / ASTM D3350. All tests passed: Tensile Strength at Yield (19.00 MPa — exceeds 18 MPa min), Elongation (350%), Flexural Modulus (465 MPa — exceeds 276 MPa min). Prepared & attested by Materials Engineer PRC ID 0091221.
FDC Lab Report No. FDC-26-8270-Q — HDPE 800mm Diameter
Independent third-party test by FDC Materials Testing Center Inc. (DPWH-BRS Accredited) for HDPE 800mm Dia. pipe per DPWH Spec Vol. III / AASHTO M294 / ASTM D3350. All specifications exceeded: Tensile Strength (26.40 MPa vs 18 MPa min), Elongation (340%), Flexural Modulus (482 MPa vs 276 MPa min). Independently checked by FDC Laboratory Manager and attested by a licensed Materials Engineer.
